柴魚高湯

醬油
20cc
味醂
20cc
柴魚片

做法
:
將材料

煮開,放入柴魚片小火煮一會兒,熄火,待柴魚片自然沈入鍋底,即可過濾放涼冷藏。
用途:亦可淋在豆腐上或涼拌蔬菜。
